Educating Survivors

Today is End Malaria Day. There is an important book that has been written to raise consciousness concerning this disease that kills more children than HIV annually. As Gina Trapani notes, "The title doesn't tell you that it's a fantastic collection of business and productivity essays."

As I wrote several months ago concerning the importance of clean drinking water, keeping children alive long enough to address their learning needs is important to those of us who would like to end poverty in our generation. Please take a look at the End Malaria Day website and think about how you can be part of the solution.

The book, End Malaria Now, is available for $20 in the Kindle edition (and you can respect our need to cut down our use of trees--instead of cutting trees down!) at the same time you raise your awareness of the problem of malaria in the world. All of the proceeds from the sale of the book go towards providing mosquito nets for children to sleep under, protecting them from the deadly bite that threatens their health.
